I’ve been coming here for greater portion of 27 years, I do not frequent the area. I was working out in this location. I probably haven’t been to this restaurant since I was a teenager probably early 20s can’t believe this place is still here. It’s a generation restaurant family business. The Son took over. Last time seeing him, he was an infant running around the restaurant. I had the large Won Ton soup , was very good. Very Hot (temperature) I ordered the house special lo mein comes with shrimp, pork, chicken and beef. Piping hot. Did not have to wait too long at all. Food came out really fast. I was seated quickly. the restaurant was very clean. Served large portions. Many people ordering takeout orders while I was dining. The dining room started to fill up while I was there. Very good food here definitely worth a visit. Lunch specials.

First time here today and it was phenomenal. Great food. Friendly staff, very nice to talk to. Great decorations, I love the decorations, very pretty and traditional! The egg rolls are very big and delicious. I had the fried rice and it was so good! The sweet and sour chicken is delicious as well! Will return in the future!

I first ordered takeout from Golden Mountain last summer on a whim and have been habitually ordering at least once a month since then. The service is always friendly and timely, although it seems like they may be a little understaffed on some days. The food quality is consistently high and always fresh, with my personal favorite being their Governor's Chicken. A heavy portion of good cuts of chicken, battered in a wonderfully soft and sweet tempura; the sauce pleasantly sweet and spicy. It may be an odd thing to include in a review, but Golden Mountain serves some of the best white rice I've had the pleasure of eating. As some other reviews might mention, the interior is a bit dim and dated... But personally, I find it adds a bit of charm and character. All around, Golden Mountain is my absolute favorite takeout place in the area by a wide margin. Keep up the great work!

The food was hot and tasty. Our server could not have been sweeter, she clearly wanted to be there. But even though this place has a giant dining room it's mostly unused. Lots of carry-out orders were picked up while we were there. They use Grubhub too.

I’ve been going here for years, and I always order take out. Tonight, we decided to dine in. Would not recommend. We had a party of ten, and we were there for 30 minutes before they even took our orders for appetizers. They were moderately busy, but not busy enough for us to wait that long. I’m giving them four stars because the food is delicious, but the service is not the best inside the restaurant. The women’s bathroom was also very dirty. One stall had a broken toilet that was clogged, and the other stall didn’t have a functioning lock. Regarding the food, everything is great. Amazing shrimp chips, must try. Good egg drop soup and crab ragoons, good fried rice and beef with veggies, and excellent shrimp with lobster house. If you’re looking for authentic Chinese, don’t go here. ORDER TAKE OUT. You will not be disappointed. Eat in, and you will be.
