This hotel is tucked back, but offers quick access to highways and plenty of shopping options. The gal who check me in had just finished dealing with a very rude family. She was so kind and helpful! She was able to help without any issues, explained everything completely. The hotel was clean and bright! Our room was clean and well stocked with towels and such. Breakfast was delicious even though it was a smaller one. Had eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast, bagels, yogurt, milk, multiple juice choices, coffee. We were greeted every time we came back to the hotel and were told to have fun when leaving. If we are in this area again we will be staying here!

Rooms are clean and the motel is maintained well, Hot breakfast is served which is really good. Only thing is we booked a king size non smoking room but we were given an Accessible room. That too may be due to long weekend Rush. But I recommend this motel to everyone.

I had a very nice experience at this place. I was staying over for work and had some ice packs that I asked to have them store in a freezer for me and the woman at the front counter gladly put the packs in a plastic bag. The next morning I asked for the bag and the clerk went in the back and got them for me. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

I really enjoyed my stay here from March 20th checking out March 23rd 2024. My room was on the 3rd floor by the elevator. It was super clean with plenty of towels that were replaced daily. Breakfast was hot and good. Coffee was excellent. It's tucked away from the main drag. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by including the highway. I would stay here again

We have stayed at many Country Inn and Suites but this one failed. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast left a lot of room for change. The bread servings were as hard as rocks, the limited hot food of sausage, egg patties and biscuits were warm at best and the uncontrolled children was very annoying and no one seemed to care. The worst was on check in when the clerk informed us that room was $145+ and I informed her that Choice Hotels reservation was $95. She said that was new policy to charge an extra $50 to the card and it was up to our bank to reverse the charge. If that is the case I'll cancel my Choice Hotels membership and use another major chain. This is sad.
