Absolute worst hotel! Traveling 10+ hours from Texas.. Booked my NON SMOKING room with 2 queen beds, received a literal ashtray of a room with only one bed that had sheets with burnt holes! I was told we would be refunded the difference I paid for the 2 beds, but didn’t receive it. My family member who also booked a non pet room with 2 beds, received 1 bed and sheets were stained with what looked like blood & were covered in dog hair. The room smelled awful and upon walking in found a flea on her leg! Went to the front desk not even 10 minutes after paying for the rooms just to find out there were NO REFUNDS! While looking at the rooms a man (who I’m guessing is part of the front desk) comes in with no shoes, a really stained muscle shirt asking for my signature on a paper for the front desk. All this at 1:30 in the morning, so we had to accept our loss and look for another hotel after just paying for the 2 rooms! Would highly recommend sleep inn just down the road! For about 20$ extra you get a really nice room, no fleas, no smell, and definitely no blood!

By far worst experience of hotel I have ever had could not have been worse unless it was pumped full of sewage. Wasn't in the room 5 minutes. Absolutely refused to return my money.

Made reservations through Wyndham from May 12 to May 19th. This place is an absolute joke. Stay as far away. Your better off sleeping on a park bench. Stayed one night. Bathroom had mold, was too small for a disabled person. I requested and charged for a suite. The cleaning chemicals they use to cover up the marijuana and cigarettes smoked in the rooms. Literally made me, my granddaughter and even my dog nauseated and major headache. I couldn't stay it was so overpowering. The bathroom was another major issue. They will steal your money and Wyndham will NOT help you. This Disabled American Veteran ended up paying $638.98 for one night of hell. Owner refused to refund nights I didn't stay. I make sure I tell everyone how this place is. And since I'm moving to Blackwell and Kay County where I know noone. . I will meet a lot of people especially when I file in small claims court. I'm making sure every Veteran and Military organization know this owner and Wyndham are not Military friendly. Or I would have the 6 nights I did NOT stay refunded.

It's not the absolute nicest place you could stay, but it fits the minimum requirement that it is not inherently filthy, the air and bathrooms work and there's no creepy crawlies in the beds. The locks could use replacement, but they could be argued as more secure, since they are harder to get into lol The managers seem to get a lot of flack in the other reviews, but after my stay, I'm positive that those are based more on the appearance of the people than the people themselves. They do not have the "traditional" hotel manager look about them, as they dress like normal people instead of in semiformal wear, but they seemed to be perfectly fine people, as they let me and my young daughters hang out after check-out while we waited for our car to be repaired 400 miles from home. They gave them snacks and drinks and seemed perfectly hospitable in my opinion

This is by far the WORST lodging experience we have ever had! It was about 9 pm when we walked in and it was far from clean and quite dated. The staff was far from professional in appearance (I'm trying to keep this review PG rated). The first room they gave us was not even cleaned from the previous customer (bed, towels, garbage). We went to request a different room and we were assured this room was clean with brand new bedding and towels. It was so bad that we left to go to a different hotel. Our recommendation is if this is the only hotel, and the temperature outside is above 40, take your chances in your car....you will be better off. We gave one star because there isn't a negative number to give.
