I was genuinely shocked by how positive the reviews were, vs. my experience at the property. This was one of the most dated hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. Carpet in our room was filthy with stains and rips. The couch was also incredibly dirty when we arrived. Switched rooms, but it wasn’t an improvement. We didn’t feel comfortable staying here to be honest. I also left a charger during my brief time in the room and after multiple calls, I was not able to recover it. I was always promised someone would call me back, but they never did. I *never* plan on staying here again, this is an embarrassment of a property for Hyatt.

Good place for a quick overnight stop. The lobby, breakfast area, and rooms were clean. The parking lot was large enough for us to park with our SUV & NüCamp travel trailer. The fitness center is small, but had plenty of space and equipment for a he folks using it. Includes an elliptical, stationary bike, rower, 2 treadmills, a bench with free weights, medicine balls, and a couple mats. The rooms was clean and the breakfast was pretty good with multiple options to choose from. There’s a Ruby Tuesday in the same lot and a Cracker Barrel across the street. The staff we encountered were friendly.

The rooms were dirty. The check in staff was inept at their job. I was assigned 3 different rooms until we thought they had it right only to have to move again the next night because we were assigned a room without a sofa sleeper. King room and a regular sofa is what we had even though there were 3 on our reservation. All 4 rooms had very dirty sofas and there was candy on the floor of the first room we slept in. The toaster was broken at breakfast.

This was one of the most dirty hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. Carpet in our room was filthy with stains. The couch was also very dirty with stains. We didn’t feel comfortable staying here to be honest and left a day earlier than we were supposed to. The staff didn't seem surprised at all when we told them that we killed about 5 cockroaches in the room by our 2nd days, they just said sorry, we will contact the exterminators. When we were leaving, we were promised that a manager would call us, but they never did. Never again et this Hyatt hotel. It was disgusting 🤮. The only good thing is that someone staff members are nice.

Bathroom shower had pubic hairs. Rugs stained and sofa. Telephone didn't work. Remote to tv wasn't working right. And last but 1st complain... We booked for king bed and instead got 2 beds in the room on our honeymoon
