I travel extensively and was happy to find another Choice Hotel that came available in the area. Very clean and safe hotel! Radisson being newer to the Choice family seems to be more consistent with taking care of their Choice members. This hotel like most Radisson's has what no other choice brand hotel has...a 12pm checkout! It's no secret that hotels in the Baltimore surrounding areas can be difficult to find that are safe and reasonably priced. This hotel is right off a main road with nothing around that promotes stragglers or people that could access the area unless they had a purpose to drive to this part of town. However a quick turn down the main road either direction and you've got plenty of options for food. Very comfy beds with thick mattresses, large flat screen TVs, black out window shade, and no housekeeping banging on your door at 7am or even 11:30am. I stay now stay here every time I'm in town for business 👍

The epitome of mediocre at best. We confirmed three days in a row that we would have a early check in. We get there our room isn't ready. David the man who was working with us just left in the middle of trying to find us a room. 90 minutes later after sitting in the lobby we finally get somebody to give us the room that we were supposed to have instead of downgrading us. All the while listening to one of the employees call someone to complain about David and some other people being lazy. Not willing to check people in check people out make cookies. I'm telling you yelling on the phone while we're sitting in the lobby. And when I asked if we could just cancel our reservation to go somewhere else. Oh no the manager isn't until tomorrow and they're not allowed to call them. The room is No Frills nothing special. It was at least clean for the most part. Pillows are super thin and they don't provide a blanket. I will tell you that the toilet was a solid foot off the floor. So if you have mobility issues or you're older you may have trouble using it. The breakfast was fine everything in that area was clean. This is your standard cheap room. Not really worth it if you can spend 20 or $30 extra a night to go somewhere else.

****UPDATE**** I ended up calling back to resolve my issue and happen to reach Dani - and she got me straight! She got my issue resolved and I was able to receive my FULL refund and she was very courteous! Due to this, anytime I’m in the area I will be booking! She’s the epitome of customer service! Thank you again Dani :) ************ I booked a room thinking I was booking a room with a jacuzzi tub and the pictures showed a room with a King bed and a jacuzzi tub, there were (3) types of rooms left which all the pictures showed jacuzzi tubs. I got there, paid for the room and when I walked inside I instantly saw there was NO jacuzzi tub. I had my spouse go back downstairs to the front desk and inform them and to see if they had any rooms with a jacuzzi available, but they didn’t. All of those rooms were booked. She offered to change to another room, but it was the equivalent to the room I was in (which there was nothing wrong with) that wasn’t the reason I didn’t want the room. When my spouse came back to the room we decided to leave and find another hotel with a jacuzzi tub. We were in the room MAYBE 15-20 minutes. We didn’t STAY! Didn’t mess up the room, use the bathroom or anything. We went to the front desk and informed them since they didn’t have a room with a jacuzzi tub we weren’t staying, they said that was fine and wrote our names down so the manager could be informed as she didn’t work the weekend. That following Monday (this was Saturday, 4/13/24) I called and spoke with the front desk, she informed me the manager would have to authorize the refund and she wasn’t in yet and to call back later. I called later and they sent me to the manager voicemail left a voicemail and heard nothing. I called almost EVERYDAY for 3 weeks straight and still no call or refund. I called the customer service and they have no access to their billing system so it will have to come from the hotel. I live an hour and a half away. I feel that it is unprofessional for them to not issue a refund or even receive a call back. I spent $181 on a room I didn’t stay in, that I wasn’t in for more than 29 minutes. I haven’t even been called and offered a credit or anything. I’m trying to dispute the charge with my bank now. It was a nice hotel and the young ladies ant the front desk were nice and the room was clean - BUT I didn’t stay and no one from management will return my calls and I had to find the correct number to call to even talk to someone at the front desk

We stayed here to attend a Orioles baseball game for my birthday last week. The hotel was the going standard of clean, the Jacuzzi room was nice but I was impressed that the tub itself was clean no mold, no scum line ring, nice water pressure tub filled quickly. The front desk staff is extremely nice and the morning I checked out David was working the front desk and being a Hotel GM I decided to sit in the lobby and observe the staff interaction with guest for my own training research. I want management to know this young man is amazing and has the natural gift of knowing how to provide top level customer service and is willing and wanting to learn the business so please provide him and all your front desk staff with the training to exceed as the lack of management guidance and training is the only thing missing here from my observations.

Booked for a 1 night stay, 2 queen beds, non-smoking. Upon checking in and going to the room, the smell of cigarettes hits you. Went back to the front desk to request another non-smoking room. Went to our new room, only 1 bed. Went back to the front desk to be told that they didn't have any more available double bed rooms and that the second room had a pull out couch that they can provide extra linen for. However, they could not deliver the linens yo our room, we would have to make another trip downstairs or take it up with out other belongings. I don't know if that is the regular policy of the hotel or just the attitude of the young lady manning the front desk at the time of check-in (6/01/24 @ 4pm).
