Long wait times, frequently 10-30 minutes even if you order ahead with the app. Staff isnt outright rude but most are generally unfriendly. Half the time the food tastes stale and the fries are cold. Last time i was there i got home and my order was wrong. Definitely my fault for not checking but i had a long day at work and was tired and hungry. Unfortunately i probably will not be going back to this location due to the commonly poor quality and service.

No, greeting at all from the cashier. Just straight to the point. She wasn't rude, I pay for good service, as well. The meat was tough, I wanted lettuce and tomatoes. Received an extremely small amount of both as if they were running out. I will not be going back. I should have stayed with my first thought. Five Guys will be my next stop. Wendy's has been going down for a while now. It was my go to place in the 90's. Not anymore. Wendy's, you have to do better.

This is the Worst Wendy's in Glen Burnie I don't know what happened but over the years it has went down really bad . Food is undercooked , customer service is poor . I ask one employee why didn't she have on gloves . She looked at me and said no one wears them there . I asked to see the manager she was very professional. I should had got her name . As for this store corporate needs to come ASAP

First and last time trying the breakfast. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese muffin. The muffin wasn't toast and the sausage and egg were stone cold. Will not go back. I will stick with McDonalds . Very disappointed

The Spicy chicken sandwich was raw 🤮 I was driving and couldn't pay attention to every bite. First time this has ever happened to me. I literally was sick to my stomach. Thank goodness I realized it was alittle too chewy or I would have eaten the whole thing. Had to spit out a bite. Just ridiculous. If I wasn't late to work already I would have went back. I work for USPS. Just distraught... definitely won't ever eat at a fast food restaurant the same again. Will be very precautions.
