Pathetic waste of skin people running this joint. Stay away. I ordered a McCrispy, fries, and drink. Then they said the soda machine wasn’t working, and I had to order something else. I ordered a milk shake, and they said they only had Vanilla. They still upcharged me for the shake, and then made me wait while three different workers struggled to replace the paper roll in their printer. Of course, they don’t start working on the order until the receipt is printed; they couldn’t care less if someone had to catch a flight. Then, when they finally served me the sandwich, it was a burnt, twice-nuked piece of chicken with nothing else, sitting all by itself inside a dry squished “bun.” I would not serve that to my dog! Almost $13 for something not fit for human consumption! Shame on these losers. Do not order from them.

I worked overnight last night I came at 2:06 am to get food but I was told by the night time supervisor that I have to come back at 4am. I am back its 4:16 and I was the first on the line there is a very long line and its only two workers and the same manager who refused to open the store . She has long black and red braids , and glasses . She is extremely rude , allowed the other workers to make fun of the ppl in the line saying we should have brought breakfast on the bus. Now I can hear everything they are saying . At this point this McDonalds has a big reputation to uphold and this is bringing it right down to the ground. Especially in an airport. There is no proper management, the workers have no etiquette. Now they gone to the back and let the line wrap around the hall. This location is screaming for help its extremely unnacceptable especially in a professional environment such as this one . It’s not 4:28 the restaurant is still not open no one is in the front even prepping the food . Ridiculous and cruddy. They actually opened at 4:35 I came back to add pics of the manager who opened

Very Rude and Disrespectful. They allow you to order, then tell you they don’t have what you ordered. Refuse to give a refund. Place is Dirty!

Yesterday 6/20/24 me and my wife was at McDonald’s, Concourse AB. Approximately around 7:30pm. The supervisor was very rude and disrespectful the supervisor stated that I can “call corporate” because of how slow they were moving as she yelled it in a very aggressive tone. The supervisor was a lady that was lightskin and short. They customer service was so bad that they stop taking customers orders for whatever reason. There were staff members walking around with black shades , hair out and etc that do not have the decency to even put that hair away from the food. Any fast food restaurant i ate at I never witnessed staff walk around with shades on. I will not eat here and they should shut this McDonald’s down for good !!!

Waited 35 minutes before I was told they lost my order. Then, they had to put it together from my receipt on my phone, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Then, I’m told they don’t have items that I ordered. Finally got food after 55 min, drinks were watered down due to melted ice, fries weren’t fully cooked and unsalted, and failed to make a burger properly. No straws or napkins in bag. Outrageously horrendous service.
