Dear Domino’s Management, I recently moved to the neighborhood and decided to order pizza from Domino’s for dinner. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I wanted to share my feedback with you. After multiple attempts to call and place an order, I finally reached someone when I was about five minutes away from the store. The person who took my order quoted a total of $25 and some change for a special three-topping New York Style pizza, which I expected to be $10.99 based on your advertised special. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told that he was "saving me money," despite the special being clearly listed as $10.99 on your recording and online. Unable to reconcile the price difference over the phone, I placed my order online upon arriving at the store. The pizza I received was very disappointing: it was soggy, had minimal toppings, and an excess of pizza sauce. It did not resemble a New York Style pizza at all and was ultimately inedible, resulting in it being thrown away. Furthermore, I did not call the store to address this issue directly as the staff I interacted with were not courteous. Additionally, I observed that the food handling practices could be improved, such as the use of gloves, hairnets, and beard nets to ensure hygiene and prevent any contamination. As a first-time customer after over 15 years, this experience was highly unsatisfactory. I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve your services and ensure a better experience for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Ordered my favorite oven toasted Italian sandwich...curbside pick up. Delivered hot, not soggy, and very tasty. Awesome.

Hot and fresh! Very clean and it only took about 10 mins for my order to be complete, oh and if you can go pick up your own pizza you will save huge!!

I regret every time I order from this location in Hanover, but the last time is a definite never again. There were 4 separate other ingredients in my pizza that shouldn’t have been, including pork which I do not eat for religious purposes. They never get orders right, sloppily put together food, and then they never answer the phone. Took me five tries on separate occasions to finally get the manager and he blatantly lied as if he cared and then left me on hold. Someone else came to phone and I literally heard him say “oh no, don’t” and then back to hold I went. Never answered again and this is the 2nd time this anger has lied and said his power was down, so he can’t fix the order or refund but he will “go get a one to take down info” and then goes ghost. Ridiculous and new management is needed. I’ll drive the extra 10 mins to the Meadowridge location next time!

Orders are up quickly and fresh! Rarely have problems with the food from here and when I do it’s very minor things. Overall great place for quick meals!
