The only reason I put four stars here is to attract attention of whoever is in charge of this location. I actually canceled my reservation because I read the reviews here and instead chose Alamo for my rental needs, which was a great decision. Nevertheless, these poor reviews will continue to do poor on your business and you need to start doing something about it. Actually I talked to a couple of clerks in the car rental building, and I was told a few very unpleasant things about this company. Hire a new manager or a PR manager.

Jennifer who works at Nextcar BWI is amazing! She checked us in so quick, managed a huge crowd like a troop, and was extremely pleasant through the process. This was not easy considering she was just hired on and worked alone the day before the massive 1 million plus Trump Rally in D.C.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND, rented a car here for a small trip mechanical brakes seemed bad, ten it began to rain. The wipers was shot couldn't see anything. Called customer service 3 days in a row no response. Stay away! I wonder if they even do weekly safety checks!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. I was discriminated against because I am a black man and I am renting in Baltimore I had just arrived from Los Angeles made a reservation over two weeks before I brought three forms of proof of residence my drivers license my ID card credit card and still was denied a rental and full coverage insurance as well. She slipped up and tried to call my California Issued driver license invalid. Then requested my PASSPORT?! Expect a call from my attorney on your discrimination practices. Please note: According to the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, no business serving the public, even if it's privately owned, can discriminate because of a customer's national origin, religion, color, or race.

Reserved a vehicle for 12AM. Arrived here, nobody to be seen. Called 5 times no answer. Online number says they closed at 8PM. Call expedia twice, and both times they also try calling.. no answer for them either.. Wait 6 hours until 6 am when I see movement behind the counter. I walk up and ask, are you open? She's says yes. I tell her about expedia having them listed open 24/7, and she informs me yes the airport requires them open 24/7. I ask, where have you been then? She says I have been here, to which I respond, no you have not. I have been waiting for 6 hours. She keeps up the snotty attitude, and then informs me that her company does not accept customers bank and I needed to find someone else to rent a car from. Hands down the worst experience I have ever faced from any company under any circumstances. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
