I don't know what is wrong with the car rental companies these days, but they don't live up to quality and service expectations. Firstly, let me start by saying that the companies do not staff their locations appropriately for the volume of business that they get. Their inventory is low, and they don't maintain their fleets well. Even with an appointment the process took close to 2 hours, and there was a lobby full of people going through the same thing. As soon as I started driving, I knew something was wrong because cold water was leaking down on my foot. It took me 39 min. To get home and when I got my bags out of the back, I discovered that the carpet was soaked and there was 1/4 inch of standing water on the rear carpet. When I woke up the next day, the entire interior of the car had condensation on the windows as if it were a rain forest. By the time I got done running my errands, I was having a full-blown asthma attack from the mold caused by the water soaked carpet. I called enterprise and they arranged to change out the vehicle for me, but this car should have never been in circulation. They vacuum out all cars before they rent them, so surely, this water problem did not go unnoticed. Additionally. The registration tags were almost expired, so they partially pulled them off of the window to hide that fact. 3 other folks were in the lobby that day with the same problem. Expired tags. And that caused problems with them using their ezpass toll tags. So, the employees did a great job working with what they were given, but the filthy, unmaintained cars, the volume of people, and the long wait times were unacceptable. Such a disappointment.

Recommend do not come to this place I call them in morning 9:30 to reservation car and she told me car will be ready at 3:30 - arrive at the time and spoke with guy and he told me wait little bit - I wait about 30 minutes and he coming to me and say sorry we do not have the car you requested we have a small car or keep waiting until we can found your car. I’m still waiting now it’s 4:15

Hunter was super easy and accommodating to work with. They really went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed and were happy. I will definitely come back for any and all future rental needs!

I'd go to any other ENTERPRISE location besides this one. I had a scheduled reservation for 930am. I don't understand why they would overbook a time slot so bad as to make people wait for an extensive amount of time. Dropped my car off around the corner at CRASH CHAMPIONS. They had to call 2x to get them to pick me up. Ridiculous. Now I'm stuck here waiting for a vehicle. Behind on all my appointments now. Had to cancel my doctors appointment. And to top it off I have an injured leg and not a single person offered me a chair to sit in. I had to go outside and sit on the curb.

I was a little irritated…. My appointment was for when they opened and they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved and none of there vehicles were cleaned at the time. I have to wait 45 mins over my reservation to get the vehicle. The guy who was supposed to be cleaning cars was walking around on the phone and when he brought it back it still wasn’t cleaned 100%. The representative was very nice and helpful though.
