The experience was awesome. I've been dealing with enterprise for a very long time now never had any problems or concerns with the customer service or their vehicles. My entire family has been very happy with them as well. I will highly recommend anyone to do business there. The management trainee Austin Lloyd and Imad the branch manager are Wonderful. They both always conduct with a great attitude and smile. I never walked away unhappy. Great job to them both and the rest of staff as well.

The staff in this Glen Bernie location is very professional and extremely efficient. I was able to rent a Van from them for $20 less per day than my local Enterprise location (20678). The vehicle was very clean and in good repair (except for shaky front right wheel, about which I informed them). They waived late fee for me in returning it an hour after return time.

Spoke to the manager face to face yesterday. They didn't have a car for me (through insurance claim) but he said they would get one by this morning possibly from the other Enterprise location, set a reservation for me for 9:30-10am and said they would pick me up (since I don't have a car) and call when they were on the way. Great. I also got a courtesy call/reminder of my reservation last night. I called this morning at 9:30am to see where they were and they had no idea they were supposed to be picking me up.. completely forgot..and didn't know why there were reservations at multiple locations. It's now 10:40am. I don't have a car, no one has picked me up, and I need to get to work. Edit: bumped them up two stars for apologizing and getting things done fast when I got there.

My rental car randomly died and this branch wont pick up my calls to help me get into a new vehicle. Every time I call someone hangs up as though they are dodging my call 30 minutes before closing time. I sat on hold for 20 minutes finally, just to be hung up on again. Not a reliable branch from what I can tell so far.

The customer service is impeccable. They had a good selection of cars and everyone was super friendly and made sure they were providing the best service possible. I had issues at other locations so if you’re looking to rent a car make sure to come to this one!
