Had to book an emergency flight into BWI due to a family issue. Was able to book a car with Alamo (they were open when my flight arrived at 1:30 AM unlike some of the other car rental companies). The agent at the rental counter was extremely friendly and made the process very quick. She was able to get me out to my car in a very few minutes. Upon entering the garage I was helped by Jerome and he was a huge help. I had booked the least expensive vehicle that I could get as I had not planned on this trip and unfortunately they did not have this vehicle on hand so he 'upgraded' me. Very friendly and genuine. He put a smile on my face (very hard given the circumstances). I was in and out in no time. The return process was quick and efficient and the vehicle they provided was clean and maintained well. Had previously been renting with another company but after this experience I will be considering Alamo FIRST. Keep up the excellent work. THANK YOU!!

Very easy transaction. When I rented the car I also got a 'skip the counter' code which allows you to go directly to the car lot, no waiting at all. We had ordered a minivan. There was one left on the lot, keys were there, very clean and easy to adjust everything. I was out of the lot less than five minutes after I walked in the door of the Rental Center. The car drove really well, no problems. Return was also very easy. I would definitely rent from Alamo at BWI again.

Today was my first time flying into BWI after a very long day, I was very weary about the interaction I may have with the rental car team. Bryan was very friendly. He recommended certain things that would ensure I had the best experience with my reservation and was very friendly! It was much needed after a very long travel day. Bryan got us in and out at the counter very quickly and provided clear direction to where to go to pick up the rental. Once outside, the young lady (with a great skincare routine) ran around to and fro attempting to pick up cars for customers. She suggested a car to us and noticed how much luggage we had and she recommended another car that would suite our needs better. So glad she did! Overall I would highly recommend this location! Their customer service is unmatched. They went above and beyond for me and I noticed they did the same with others!

I didn't think there was much difference between car companies until I had an hour and a half wait in line with another company. Never again with that well known "cheap" company. Now, it is only Alamo. With the "skip the counter" and friendly employees, it is the best company in the car rental space. Glad that I stick with them.
