This allows patrons to make informed decisions about their purchases and prevents any sense of unfairness or surprise when they reach the payment counter. The sudden overcharge without prior notice affected the overall experience and left me feeling somewhat misled as a loyal customer. While I understand that businesses may occasionally update their pricing, clear communication about such changes is crucial to maintain trust and satisfaction among their clientele. I hope that Starbucks takes note of the importance of transparent communication regarding price adjustments at all their stores, including the Arundel Mills location, to ensure a positive and trustworthy relationship with their customers. Wow, nice place, great customer service. Parking is little bit of a problem but it is one of the convenient region outdoor the mall. At 8:30 a.m., I looked for the nearest Starbucks to my hotel, on my Starbucks app. It directed me to a region near the mall. After hanging around, I quickly located it ought to be interior the mall. Of course, I needed a quick region outdoor the mall, before riding to my commercial enterprise meeting. This was once a busy vicinity however I admire being able to get in and out in a well timed manner.

Horrible Starbucks. You can look at my history and see I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks so my comparison pool is large. But anyways this place is usually always busy so I can understand and overlook some stuff. But tonight there was hardly anyone there and yet it took over 30 min. Only one machine was being run and the lady had zero multitasking skills. Also on top of it all she only put two shots in my venti americano. These people need re training ASAP.

Nice and friendly staff. Easy in and easy out. No line. Drive thru. Patio. Lots of seating and tables inside. Near Live Casino and Arundels Mills Mall. Easy access to the highway. The only con is the parking lot is very small and unable to accommodate Starbucks and Cava.
