It is 94° and I just waited eight minutes to be Acknowledged. Were they able to pretend I did not exist a bit longer, they would have... unfortunately for them, another patron came and they were forced to acknowledge my existence. Had I not violated my Own morals re: the conflict, I would not be in such an abysmal circumstance. Literally my Worst experience to date & I'm pretty sure the Manager was the one who engaged in the protracted ignoring. #dobetter Just yuck.

Awesome atmosphere, clean facility, very warming staff, coffee blended to perfection. I just wish Starbucks would stop going up on their coffee. The prices are inflating while the cups are shrinking. 🤔

Coffee is good, service was prompt. But why is the music THAT loud? I understand it’s a cafe, not a library, but it’s so loud I could not even hear myself thinking. Good luck carrying a long conversation without straining your voice or trying to read anything. No wonder the nice barista needed me to repeat the order. I don’t think I’ll be returning solely because of the volume level.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to Darius for FINALLY making me the hottest Chai Latte ever in my history of ordering this amazing hot drink!!!! I ordered my drink to be 140 degrees because I like my hot drinks HOT! He personally came to the window before he made my drink to clarify that I wanted it that hot, I said the hotter the better! Also to see how much extra chai I requested. He came back with my drink PERFECTLY HOT the way I ordered it! The young lady that took our order was as sweet as she could be too! I’m a happy camper with my drink today! Worth a shout out!

Best Starbucks on the east coast. The workers are great and the manager is so friendly. This store is so much better than it used to be.
