Must stay away. Only coffee shop near gate 14. I had doubt before even ordering as there was no customer at the shop while only one lady inside was reading some book. I asked for macchiato flavor. What I got was just very hot milk. Zero flavor. On asking her she was very rude. Don’t waste your money.

Customer service doesn't exist here!! 12/3/22@ 10:15am Today I ordered 16oz latte. It was served very hot and delicious! The Customer service was horrible. The cashier lacked antability to communicate at any level. Never made eye contact, Never thanked me for my order. The transaction felt cold and impersonal. This was my fist visit to Green Bean Coffee and my first interaction with a Baltimore resident. This incounter left a bad impression of Baltimore and of the business.

The young women working was absolutely rude and when I asked for coffee light and sweet she kept repeating that I would put it in myself. I was perfectly fine with that ok. So I get the anything else and I asked for the breakfast egg wrap and she said “we ain’t got no breakfast” and I said it says breakfast all day. And she raised her voice and said”I said we ain’t got not breakfast”. Honestly peaople are allowed to have an off day but To be blatantly rude was obnoxious! Especially with treating people who are traveling hundreds of miles from their home and just want coffee and breakfast. If she had run out of the certain whatever that comes on the wrap and that could’ve been something that she could’ve said instead of saying that when we got breakfast as if you don’t serve breakfast!

I just wanted to share I was at your Baltimore airport location just now and you have some pretty awesome employees working for you. The breakfast options in your display case looked old from earlier and one of your employees offered to make me a fresh one, no questions asked. I travel and Ive been to many airports, and I usually don't receive such wonderful customer service. i just wanted you to know that those employees are very much appreciated and you have gained a new customer for both the service and the quality of your food and coffee.

Should have listened to the reviews.... This place needs to shut down. Unable to make simple drinks and keep them straight and waited 20+ minutes for two lattes. Airports are stressful enough. Understaffed and slow.
