Not only does "America Run on Dunkin'," my wife and I do as well, especially while we're traveling. We enjoy getting coffee and food products at this franchise back in our home city of Las Vegas (Nevada), so we were fortunate enough to find a Dunkin' at this airport, close to our gate, while waiting to depart back home. During our visit on 10 Feb 2024, we didn't purchase anything to eat (only coffee), therefore, my review is strictly on the coffee itself and the restaurant's service. In short, I didn't experience anything negative with our visit at this Dunkin'. It's unfortunate that based on others' experiences that this restaurant has such low ratings, because our visit was seamless. I didn't get the female's name, but our cashier was very friendly and prepared our coffee really quick (assuming it was her that prepared our coffee). The prices are adequate, for being located inside an airport (we all know prices are typically higher in airports). This restaurant is like all the other Dunkin' restaurants I've been to and they do support the men and women in uniform, to include its Veterans, so yes, they do offer military discounts which is highly respectable, and I am thankful for that. Back home, my family and I enjoy getting their donuts and breakfast food...especially their hash browns. Although we don't eat here often, it is a good treat whenever we visit. But I will say that I've noticed a slight decline in food quality and customer service at various Dunkin' locations across the country - this is obviously due to poor management from the top-down. However, I did not experience that at this Dunkin' location, which is appreciative. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone traveling through the D gates.

The employee was so rude. She was on her phone the whole time I was trying to order completely ignoring me and when I asked if they had bottles of water she looked at me with those ‘judgy’ eyes and made that gesture that was like ‘if you look straight ahead you’ll see we have water’… What a way to treat people, not just as a customer but in general. She felt so superior and entitled when she clearly has no reasons to feel this way.

WORST Dunkin Donuts ever!!! There is only one register and the person working that one register never seems interested in providing speedy service. I’ve seen people in the back on their phones and doing everything but providing speedy service. Speed of service and quality of service are not mutually exclusive. People are at the AIRPORT and are not trying to wait a forever to get a quick bite!

Avoid this Dunkin at all costs. Waited 20 minutes for a croissant and and when they handed me someone else's bag. Didn't realize until I was at my gate. When I ran it back to them to get the right order, there was no empathy or apology for the issue. Instead they said, "you took the wrong bag". The refund process took another 5 minutes and the customer service was terrible throughout it.

Stop hiring people who doesn’t want to work. Dunking at bwi behind American airline never have anyone there and today there was hiding in the back, this is my forth time coming here and forth time leaving with getting served
