BALTIMORE.... AIRPORT you hope for good greetings, smiles, welcoming customer service. The bartender had red hair tattoos on neck no smile. No greeting of the customer hand in the air head in the clouds like this person forgot what kind of atmosphere this was. Service industry!!!! Regardless all I needed was a cup of water. I came earlier asked the cooks gave them 2 dollars just because. It was mandatory and should not be expected. I think the servers were illegally charging to make money. Thats not right. I walkeddown the hall got a free cup at starbucks. Im trying to find out how to report this to the airport so they know that their employees are doing shady things on the clock at an international airport.

Can I give a negative number for a review?? Not a good way to start the vacation… NEVER EVER GO TO PASSPORT BAR AND GRILL at Concourse E at BWI NOT UNLESS you want the idiot waitress Jasmine to CHARGE YOU $160 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks!! 😡😡🤬🤬🤬 Over charged twice and then she says she can’t show any evidence of a reversal! Are you fing serious?! Get a brain chick!!

Ok guys uh I see why the reviews are so bad. The food smells great but it was pre made smh yea pre made food wrapped like a gas station and there were NO FRIES!!! I got a beer and two cheeseburgers and they tasted like Walmart verified from what another reviewer left I also got a nice ice cold Corona so I gave them 1 star. Pics are attached.
