Our room here was clean and comfortable and a great size. There's pretty much everything you'd need: iron with ironing board (very welcome), fridge, freezer, microwave. The complimentary breakfast has a nice range of items. The room itself was very accessible, with close, free parking.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE Booked room because it was closest spot to our destination. Assumed it wouldn’t be “that bad”. It’s bad. Initial check in was standard. Walked into room and turned around and walked out. The smell was overwhelming. Smoke, sweat, body odor, and just must. The floor stains were concerning, at base of bed. The cover at the base of the bed said RUN. The overall room reminded me of a horror movie. We went outside and booked a room at the Hilton, down the road. (Overall, literally 40.00 more for a 2 day stay.) It was more, yes. YOU DESERVE BETTER! If you care, at all about yourself and your comfort, it’s worth every penny. As we headed out we stopped to ask for refund because of the disgustingness. The original desk clerk calls out a taller gentleman that just starts shaking his sweaty face at me repeatedly saying no refunds and asking me what the problem is. I walked out and let them know I’d be disputing the transaction(S). Another room was not an option. We just wanted out but I wasn’t leaving them with 400+ dollars just because they said no. Supposedly, we were going to be contacted by a manager, in the morning, to POSSIBLY refund us. Ugh. Horrible experience. Horrible desk clerk. Update: WE CALLED and the manager Jay claimed he refunded the charges.

Location was easy to find but just off highway. Quiet spot I would say. I parked a distance away from my room because handicap parking was In front my door. In all the location service and room was good. Happy that flooring was wood not carpet and heat was welcomed as it was raining cats and dogs and cold outside. Continental Breakfast was as expected a quick light gold pickup if you want to sleep in

It's far to late for me too move rooms, I am utterly exhausted but all of my clothes and pillow from homes smells like stale old cigarettes. I let the staff know, they tried to tell me it was impossible anyone has ever smoked here. I absolutely reek of old cigarettes and it is a bummer and I'm glad I didn't bring my kiddos here. Neither my husband nor I smoke cigarettes too, so we know the smell. I wish I could have some sort of compensation for sure. I would have stayed somewhere way cheaper if I knew it was going to smell like this. *EDIT* MONDAY I call back and they'll give me 10% back. Also bummed tho I'm hoping they find my glasses I left in the bathroom of 286. They are prescription. I hope one of the maids did not throw them away.

Awful rooms, worn down, smell like cigarettes, and have cigarettes burns on most of the furniture. The door did not close all the way, it looks to have been kicked in before. We kept most of our stuff in the car.
