Waterpark admission is not included with hotel stay. There is a pool but it is not the hotel's pool, there is a fitness club attached to the hotel that lets hotel guests use the pool and fitness rooms. There were swimming lessons when we tried to go down to swim so we didn't get much use out of the pool. The hallways in the hotel smelled really weird, like a mix of mothballs and old people. The rooms were somewhat clean, the linens on the bed were clean and comfortable. The bath towels were clean too. The carpet was sticky in spots and there were odd stains on the lampshades, walls, curtains etc. The setup of the hotel wasn't very convenient either. Not too much parking in the front, we parked on the side and had to walk quite a bit to get in and out of the hotel. The ladies at the front desk were nice. Check in was a breeze. There are dining options but nothing free, continental breakfast buffet was $15 per person. There is also a "pantry" in the lobby that sells convenience items such as microwaveable food items and snacks, a cup of microwavable Velveeta mac n cheese was $4... I liked the location of the hotel, was in a nice small suburb with lots of restaurants. The hotel is set back a little secluded from it all which I personally liked. All in all, it wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed at but it definitely wasn't the best.

I have nothing but positive things to say about staying here. Before arriving, I was reading the other reviews and it almost made me cancel my hotel and book somewhere else, I am so glad I didn’t. Everything about this place is beautiful. The people. The location. The atmosphere. I needed to write a review so others don’t make the same mistake I almost did! Thanks again for a great stay. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Overall a good place to- lady night wife wanted to try out the pool but it was over crowded and no towels. When she approached the counter to ask for towel - immediately the front desk guys said “we have no towels and if you want one it will be 40min wait” before she asked him for towel.. he assumed and guessed correctly .. he should have said “how may I help you - unfortunately we are out of towels, if you like to wait - be more than happy to call or bring it to you

My husband and I stayed for two nights at this hotel. We have been staying at Hiltons for 18 years. My husband was a frequent traveler for his work. We have never been so disappointed in any hotel before. We were visiting the area for a family wedding and looking forward to our only full day prior to the early evening wedding to shop, see family, & do things. We ended up waiting over 2 hours for several items that were not in our room so that I could shower. We called 5 times during the two hours. Each time we called we were told by the front desk that they would call house-keeping & they would come soon! Additionally, we were still charged almost $200.00 a night with no compensation offered. Terrible! We will not be staying here again. I would avoid this place entirely.

Do not stay here! This place was absolutely horrendous, my wife had the back of her foot slit wide open on the edge of one of the beds! The gash was huge and it was gushing blood for a long time. The edge of the bed was sharp like a knife and she barely hit her foot at all, it gently grazed the bed but it was so sharp that what happened happened. Then, after we asked for a night free because of the sharp bed and what happened, they called the police on us for no reason! My wife was in a wheel chair and still has a huge scar! Horrible hotel, not to mention the pipes burst during our stay after she had her foot slit so we had to go down the stairs while her foot was bleeding because the elevators stopped working. I would leave a 0 star review if I could!
