I enjoy my stay at the garden inn. There are great restaurants at a walking distance. Room service was great, bed super comfy. Great tv channel selection too. Piece of advice, do not choose room right above the entrance. There are 2 huge spots light right in front of the windows (room 222). At least there was great curtains to block the light but could still have light come in.

I went to this hotel a few days ago with a tour group. The room we booked was to have 2 beds. Only had 1. Another lady had the shower head in the tub. Not able to use the shower. Our Bus driver had bugs on him while sleeping. This hotel has major problems. I would never stay there again. Nancy

Dining only. We visited a few weeks ago and the food was excellent (taco Tuesday) and the wait staff attentive. Today was entirely different. Different wait staff who just ignored us as we were the first seated while she talked to and served drinks to a guy who sat down after us at the bar. We left after waiting 20 minutes. There was no one else seated except us and this other guy.

We stayed Saturday night no problems checking in. We came back that night from a family event and had issues getting into the room. The key would not work, went down stairs to get another key and still did not work. Went back down stairs and the worker had to get a machine to finally get us into the room. Very disappointed to say the least on not being able to get into our room that night. The beds and interior of rooms could use some updating as well. The worker was helpful that night thankfully.

Great location with quiet and comfortable rooms. Checking in with the digital key was easy and convenient. I recommend going elsewhere for dinner. There were not many people in the restaurant (maybe five), and if you were not sitting at the bar, service was lacking, and slow. I had to seek out the waitress for even a drink refill. Not all food menu items were available. The second time I had dinner, the week I was there, I did not get real utensils. I was given plasticware in a bag, with a handful of cocktail napkins with my sit-down meal. At a Hilton. I do not usually frequent Hiltons, but this was the closest hotel to my business destination. Four stars for the hotel, two stars for the restaurant.
