The chili dogs are pretty dang big and rich. Unless you want leftovers, order one first. The lady the served us was very friendly and even though I don't think beans belong in chili, they worked well in the chili here. Definitely worth a stop if you like chili.

The sort of bar that makes you wishes for a dust storm so you'd get locked in for a whole evening. First class beer selection on draft and bottles combined with pure dive bar decor. It's your ultimate bar for whiling away an afternoon with some beer and great local company. The wood burner outside next to the giant pine provided a nice glow of warmth to go with what was undeniably delicious chilli. It's a community bar that clearly loves its locals and welcomes those who have come from further afield. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone. Just remember the Cowboy Code: if it's not yours, don't take it; if it's not true, don't say it; if it's not right, don't do it.

A brilliant little pub in a cool little town. Kitty the bartender was fantastic and friendly and the locals were great for a chat. I had the chili and my partner had the chili dog and both were excellent. Wish we’d stayed in Beatty longer rather than using it as a stopover for one night.

Solid chili and chili dogs, exceptionally welcoming staff, friendly patrons, and clean restrooms. It was my fault to expect some cute, kid-friendly place. If you don't mind adult-friendly decorations, I highly recommend this place. A little and very fitting gem at the gateway to Death Valley National Park!

The chili and beer were excellent! However, the ambience topped everything. Very cool accommodation. Highly recommended.
