It was okay. Would give it a 2.5 star but that's not an option. We went to see a pre-release viewing of the movie "unsung hero.". The movie itself was excellent. The seating was semi-comfortable except for the arms which are quite uncomfortable. The worst was that after the movie, with the mall closed 10 minutes early, there was no signage indicating how to leave. So we went the way we thought we should and wound up getting locked out of the theaters but locked in the mall. Fortunately, we were able to get someone's attention and they came and opened a door and let us out the back way which is how you have to leave when the mall is closed. You have to have already been there to know that. New clients have no way to know that. First time we have been to any theater in 30 years because of the way they are rip offs, probably will be another 30 years which means never cuz we'll be dead by then.

I am absolutely infuriated by their new policy, the policy is that no child UNDER 21 can be in the movie theater without an adult after 6:30pm I came to the theater with 2 of my friends and we were stopped at the door and not allowed entry because we were under 21. But, one of our other friends who looks to be much younger was let in with no hesitation. This policy is absolute Bull and I am hoping that they will remove it because Golden ticket is one of the only theaters that butte has and they are going to be losing alot of business if they do not remove this immediately.

Movie quality and sound were great, staff was friendly and courteous, seats were comfortable, and the overall ticket price was affordable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Theater smells awful auditorium #3 as soon as you walk in smells like a funeral home. You can't butter your popcorn here ever it is always under maintenance. You can also hear every other movie playing in the different parts of the theater. The only thing good is the staff. Don't come here! The walls are stained, and the floors are nasty.

My family, fiancé & I all went in to try to watch the movie, Sound of Freedom. We got in & seated about 20 minutes early & sat through all the commercials which were very quiet, but we didn’t think anything of it, assuming the audio would get louder when the movie started. Several minutes later the movie started and it may as well have been muted with how quiet the sound was! One of the ladies seated next to us got up to go ask for the volume to be turned up. She came back & filled us in that one of the female workers blew her off & wouldn’t address the issues. So one of my family members went up to get the issue resolved. After a several minute dispute, the female worker turned up the audio to the movie. Another hour into the movie goes by, the audio goes close to mute again. Again, one of my family members gets up & goes to address the situation. This time a man was working & tried to completely ignore the requests of my family member. He then told us, “well, that’s how the movie is, I can’t control the volume!” To which we replied, “that’s strange because the female worker an hour ago figured out how to raise the volume of the movie.” He eventually turned up the audio but only after having to go up to him twice & miss 10 minutes of the movie. Absolutely disappointed & disgusted at the behavior of these workers towards their customers & over a movie EVERYONE needs to watch.
