The only reason this is getting a 1 star is because it will not give u anything less, the deli department really suck the staff are rude lazy and have no customer service at all they at like its a big deal to actually do their job, when making online orders they are never made on time and when questioned about whats taking so long they say they were swamped and the deli department didnt have anyone in the lines. I asked them what was taking so long after waiting 25 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and they said i should have ordered so much. Mind you i waited over an hour for a freaking sub that looked like the picture below. This is the the absolute worst publix in polk county. Ill be glad when they tear it down. I have tried going to the manager to have this matter taken care and you see what i ended up with. Great service

so i went to publix today and even tho they close at 10 i got there at like 9:30 (i felt so bad) but anyways i got there and started ordering my sub at the deli section and this lovelyyyyyy lady named iryna (i hope i spelt it right) was still so nice and sweet and she made my sub so perfectly and even tho it was near closing time she still treated me with great hospitality and made good conversation and overall just a great experience #giveheraraise she really emphasized the “where shopping is a pleasure” slogan. 20/10 experience. love her and publix🙌🏼

Devonne and Brittany helped me with my checkout while my medical problems were giving me fairly intense muscle spasms, I had no need to ask for aid, it was rendered immediately and without hesitation, with concern and regards for my well-being at the forefront of their minds. They were concerned about the entire process and even expressed a concern about my capacity to get the groceries inside when I got home(Not an issue, I had help.). This store and it's employees are exceptional.

I love the staff, they make me feel right at home. The store manager is very sweet and helpful. I can’t thank the staff enough. I’m so blessed to have this store next to my house.

Just stopped by for a couple of things. As always a quick and easy trip to the store. Not a fan of the self-checkout lanes as I feel it takes away from the customer service experience.
