DO NOT USE PARK SHUTTLE FLY. It is an unprofessional service and they are rude. Use the air port parking, it’s much better. Upon returning from our trip, we discovered that the reverse shifting button was broken on our car and they tried to conceal it by glueing the button back on. When I brought it to their attention, they ignored me, and wouldn’t return my phone calls. When I finally got ahold of the owner, she simply didn’t care and cut off communication. Save yourself the trouble and use another service that is reputable. I suspect the owner will respond with something like “It states on our claim ticket that any damage claims must be presented to a staff member before leaving our lot” Response to reply- you failed to acknowledge that one of your employees concealed (kept secret; hidden) damage to my vehicle. I picked the vehicle up at night and reported the issue first thing in the morning. This company operates with a lack of ethics and accountability. It’s frustrating to spend all this money and tip your employees well just to be called a liar. Thanks for taking time to respond.

I was scared when a day before my vacation with my family I could not find parking reservation for Logan airport, Google led me to Park Shuttle & Fly. I was not sure but decided to give them a try because they have been in business since 1975, That is a long time. Also their proximity to the Logan's Airport was an advantage including available transport to and from your Vehicle to your terminal. They lived up to expectation and performed admirably. Even if there's a problem and you reach out to them, they are quick with response and solution. I would highly recommend them to anyone that need to park their vehicle to take a trip for a few days or weeks. There are promo codes for you to take advantage of. Also if you need your vehicle detailed, cleaned and polished while you are away, they are up to the task. reach out to them, I am sure they will serve you well as they did me and my family

Really superb experience leaving my car and taking the shuttle to and from the airport. 3am to make a 5am flight was easy for this 68 year old female as the shuttle driver escorts you right to your car and waits until it starts. Excellent and fast pick up at the airport. Worth every penny.

Great service. Friendly employees. When we picked up our car and were getting ready to drive through the gate, our shuttle driver and the parking manager were standing there holding up our laptop case that I had left on the shuttle. What absolutely great guys. Would definitely use them again!

OUTSTANDING! The easiest transition ever to and from the airport. So easy to reserve, leave your car and hop onto the shuttle. Absolutely no delays even though the Sumner Tunnel is closed. On my return, I called to be picked up and the shuttle arrived within minutes and brought me back to my car.
