Pretty sure all the bad reviews are from non-tech saavy individuals and those whose reading comprehension isn’t all that great. There are clear instructions on the website and the email that tell you not to get a ticket and just to scan the QR code if you booked online. There are multiple pay machines at the end of the sky bridges as well if you did take a ticket. There are signs everywhere going to the garage and out of the garage as well 🤔 I think prices are fair for central parking. If price is a concern, consider the economy lots and take the shuttle in. Though, I will admit, Logan isn’t for the untraveled or used to smaller airports 😂

Parking Lot Central. We went plane spotting to see 2 Airbus A380's land for the 2nd day in a row. British Airways and then Lufthansa returned to a regular schedule landing in Boston. You must secure a pass, which I did from MASSPort in order to take pics and videos from the garage roofs. You do have to pay to park. Great views and very active airport. A380's are the largest commercial passenger jet to ever fly...they are MASSIVE!

Terrible customer service and fraud. We had prepaid online $120 and scanned the QR code when we had came, there were 2 workers assisting us and didn’t mention we did anything wrong and were set to go. When leaving, the QR code wasn’t working, we called for help on the machine and the lady instantly started yelling at us saying we were in the wrong for pressing the ticket button and made us pay another 120 , saying that we have to email them to get the money back in 2 weeks. The overall tone and assistance of the worker was terrible.

Pay inside before heading to your vehicle! It's faster and easier if you do not receive a receipt . You can stop in the office to receive one .it's located near the exit of the garage ,once you go through the gate to leave !

Awful web site. No data. No simple way to pick language. Impossible to reserve. Horrible interface. I want to know one thing. Can I park there tomorrow or do I Uber. No chance of finding that out.
