Super convenient option for the park/sleep/fly program. Kept our car here for a week while flying in and out of Logan. Reliable quick shuttle, clean rooms, and a friendly staff. Walking distance to the T and a nice playground nearby for the kiddos. The one negative was the food. Our meal was very disappointing during the first stay so we got takeout on the second stay.

This is a great spot for getting a flight out of Logan airport. The shuttle is quick and convenient. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and well kept. Staff were very nice and welcoming. For the price and convenience I likely won't stay anywhere else if I find myself in need of accommodations before a flight out of Logan.

Absolute disgrace, poor customer service, lack of people skills. They sold our reservation and marked us as a no show when we arrived to check into our hotel in the early morning hours from the airport. The woman working the front desk completely ignored the three exhausted children laying on the lobby couches and the parents that patiently waited on her and her night manager to fix the issue THEY created. After wasting thirty minutes waiting on these incompetent people, we approached the front desk to check on the status of the situation and oops, they had forgotten about our family. We took our bags and left. All reservations at this hotel will be cancelled from hence forth and corporate will be contacted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying at this location if you are traveling.

This hotel was a great find. Great friendly service in every area (shuttle dispatch/driver, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant). I was so disappointed in another (more expensive) Boston airport hotel on our first Boston layover that I went looking for something else for our return layover. This is a 5 star location. The restaurant food and service was especially appreciated by this hungry tired family.

My original room smelled like dog pee. When I called the front desk and asked if they allowed pets and they informed me that they did, I knew what I was smelling was correct. The front desk was very understanding and accommodating. Recommendations would be to make certain rooms pet friendly.
