I love Potbelly anywhere I can find one, and this one was located beside gate C14 in the airport. However, it was out of many ingredients, and the staff wasn't very personable. They were efficient though, and kept the line moving much faster than the lines to the coffee places. The food was very good as I always expect. Suggestion for improvement is having all ingredients available, a warm welcome to each customer, and big smiles.

The worst service ever, the girl asked my husband who has a speech au due to serving in Iraq. She told him to hurry up and speak up. When we realized and questioned the price of an item the girl told us it’s because they charge tax on the food then charge state tax, that’s illegal I told her she told me tough. The worst service ever and the most disgraceful location.

Had a stop in Boston on my way back home to Long Island. Since the bars are closed because of COVID, I opted for a soup and sandwich. I was the second person on a line that built up quickly behind me because the two female employees behind the counter refused to acknowledge us at first and continued to joke around. Then when finally greeted I had asked if there was a favorite soup she could recommend since she did work here I would’ve thought she had some idea. Instead she acted as if I had asked her the most unintelligent question she had ever been asked and then told me she didn’t know. I followed up that question asking if there was a more popular option since she “had no idea”. I finally decided on a soup which ended up being the pot pie (not completely terrible, too bland for my liking) and proceeded to the condiments for my sandwich. Again I was welcomed (not really) by a somewhat nicer version of what I had just experienced with soup girl. I travel quite a bit and I also bartend and know how it feels to be working long shifts or whatever the excuse is, but we are taught to be of service and to also provide excellent service. Just really made me wish I had a drink after that all lol

I had their artichoke sandwich ! It is the best I had it at any airport. Staff is very nice and the space/ Ambience is really good ! They are very conveniently located right at the Delta gates, and of one wants coffee or beverages, Starbucks is only few minutes walk ! This is also a really good place to get your work done or read book if you have a long layover ! They are very generous with the toppings. I highly recommend if you want to grab something real quick at Logan Airport.

Still just as good as I remember. There aren't any located near my home so when I found this location in the airport I had to go for it. The sandwiches are so good. The Italian is a classic. The chicken pot pie soup is as fresh and delicious as I remember. So glad I stopped here.
