This place is old and not clean. Pool is freezing. No chairs or tables by the pool. Pool bathroom is out of order. Ac in our room doesn't work right . It wont stay on you have to keep messing with it. The mattresss are old and worn out. 3 tiny pillows per bed and you can't get more. Room bathroom is very dirty. The whole place needs a good cleaning and painting. Definitely used and abused. We booked 3 nights and staying 1.

Honestly, it was the best Microtel I've ever stayed in and one of the cleanest hotels I've seen. I travel a lot, visiting family and for work and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a last-minute booking for the 4th of July weekend, didn't cost us a fortune & we brought our dog with no hassle. Staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very nice and welcoming. Has an indoor pool and small patio area outside the pool house, fairly large parking area. Right off the highway but still close to town with use of side roads. Low traffic area, and even being beside the highway very quiet area. Not a single issue or complaint. Will definitely stay here again.

I genuinely love this little budget hotel, and the rooms are always extremely clean, comfortable, and inviting. It's a basic hotel, no fancy amenities, but it's the perfect place if you're just needing somewhere nice to rest. Only a few free breakfast options, but they're always stocked with a smile from the morning staff. My friend and I stay there every year for a convention in Beckley, and the service has been exceptional every time. The staff are always smiling, polite, and helpful from housekeeping to the front desk management. We absolutely adore speaking with them. The only complaint I have is that the AC units don't seem to work very well. Aside from that, the hotel is cute, cosy, and tidy.

I booked this location for our vacation. The price was great and did not expect it to be so clean, with staff so nice, helpful and attentive. My daughters and I were impressed. Cont. breakfast was well stocked, we sat them clean everything, and even saw a carpet cleaning machine mid day. A little dated but they are hoping for a remodel. We would stay there again either way! Great job Jeremy and staff!! Stayed 6/26- 6/30/24

Very nice employees and the location is good. However, the rooms were not clean. In fact, the bed that I slept in, had what appeared to be fresh blood on the duvet. There was also hair in the shower and my daughter and wife refused to use the facilities due to how unclean it was. Walls were also paper thin, and you can hear conversations next-door.
