While this store had everything I needed, let alone wanted, sometimes I worry about quality control. No, not sometimes, all the time. The newer bananas should be green and completely unbruised. The thin asparagus spoils way too easily, the thicker asparagus spears are the exact opposite. The thin asparagus, thanks to your quality control, spoil way too easily. And the bread, if new, should be soft and not yet on the verge of becoming rock-hard. I'm also so glad there are no receipt checks. Even so, I would maliciously comply. We have a lot of things to work on. And team leads and coaches should be held accountable for screw ups in all departments alike. Period.

Unlike the other two stores that I now rather go out the way to go to, this store and employees make several customers very uncomfortable. They look at several individuals as if they are stealing and judge them as such especially at the checkout line. Don’t bother doing a scan and go order, they’ll grab your phone and count every item in your cart. The register associates profile people and assume they’re stealing. I had one associate basically call me a liar. My items were checked by one employee thoroughly before she went away on break or wherever. The second one then came up and checked to bagged. Loss pre win this store must do a horrific job because the register associates have to triple check and be on strict guard.

The staff needs some training. Sells faulty merchandise and refuse to make it right. One staff says bring it back and another says no we can't take it back sorry. Will never get our business again

Just don't even bother trying to use the self check out here if you have any sort of alternative style, or are at all on the spectrum/adhd/different in any way. 3 times now I have had the same woman come up to "help" me at the self check out. Every single time she has gone through everything I was trying to buy and deemed me as a threat to them I guess. I say this because following the search every time she has forced me to move over to a manned check out isle, otherwise does not let me continue to scan my items and asks me to leave. Today was really the icing on the cake though. I don't even know why the machine said I needed assistance but it did. Upon showing up, the rude woman of Asian decent, proceeded to go through my bag and count my items one by one. She picked up 2 sports bras that had fallen out of my arms off the floor and counted those as bagged items even though they clearly weren't. And one other undergarment she found wrapped in a sweater that I must have just missed. I had been carrying like 30 items just in my arms at first, and shoved everything into a basket at the last moment before they closed for the night. So missing one tiny thing I would think would be understandable. But I guess not, because of how I look. The only reason I'm even giving the 2 stars is because they have a good selection of all sorts of products. Otherwise, I pretty much hate it there.

Walmart did not give me the option to do a survery on my service so here are my thoughts. Pick up at the south Bismarck location is horrible. Last weekend they lost my order and I waited 25 mins. Today, I waited 25 mins. My eggs were broken. I absolutely do not recommend pick up at the south store. Unless you are ready for long pick up times and damage or lost orders. But you will receive an email telling you how sorry they are for your experience.
