Had an excellent experience here. The food (pizza) was great and up to Casey’s quality. I was able to fill up at a reasonable price. It was easy to pull into off of the highway. It is a smaller store, however, it was clean and well organized. I will say that the bathroom here is one of the smaller ones so you may need to wait. That is the only downside. However, they do have a community bulletin board that people can post various jobs, ads, events and other items on which is nice to see (you can even buy an Irish Wolfhound). Overall a great location and good to see a Casey’s this far west in Nebraska (as I don’t believe they go all the way to Scottsbluff). Will definitely stop here again if I am passing through Broken Bow. Great job!

There was no one in the kitchen when I wanted to make an order and I asked the clerk who was in the kitchen and the girl rolled her eyes at me for asking a simple question. Her name is Shawna and I got some drinks and she dropped the change in my hand with no intention of going in my hand and my change went everywhere. The store has gone down hill in recent months with the lack of actually good customer service. The kitchen Manager was at least nice I guess. It's sad tbh

That Casey’s over there in Broken Bow may run a little slow, but that Casey’s has a restroom where you can drain and some hot coffee to fill up again.

Restrooms were extremely dirty, and the store overall had a terrible smell we were given a crumpled up already used bag that smelled like cigarettes

During my trips here one employee really stood out to me. His name was Daveed. Daveed was a very unique individual. He dresses proper, and is very professional. Daveed however, has a rather interesting secret about him. He possesses powers that are not from this planet. The first time I encountered these powers I honestly thought I was unwell. It was a calm, warm day in late June. I strolled very leisurely into Casey's looking for a warm slice from one of my favorite brands. He sat there at the counter and very helpfully assisted me in my pizza getting endeavors. I felt something off about this encounter though, and in hindsight I should have noticed right there and then. He swiftly looks around while handing me my slice, winks, and causes the slice to multiply in my hands. My initial thoughts were of course confusion, followed by me suspecting that I was dreaming. I slapped myself on the way back to the car, causing my cheek to turn brightly red. Was I not dreaming?? I ate both slices, thoroughly filling my stomach. This is not the only time this has happened either. Over the course of the next couple of months I will continue to reveal my encounters with this mysterious man, Daveed.
