Let's be realistic. Not the Holiday Inn here. What they do good here is amenities in room like microwave and refrigerator are great. Bed was comfortable. Where they need work is: front desk not friendly, welcoming or professional. There were people hanging out smoking marijuana and room smelled like marijuana. I noticed they didn't take an extra deposit when I checked in. This makes me wonder how do they enforce rules here?

Ok first thing first I booked my room Thru Wyndham why because I’m a rewards member the room I book was a king smoking get there to check in they didn’t have my room mind you I booked my room days in advance so I’m like ok cool they give me a double bed room instead for the same price get to the room and it’s filthy floors are dirty hasn’t been mopped tissue behind the door dried up throw up on the floor tub dirty hair and soap soap build up just dirty so I go down to the office to tell them the room is filthy ok so he give me another room ok get there I go and look in there baby there was stuff all over the walls the cover on the bed had white stuff on it bathroom dirty so I go back to the office and he gives me another room and at this point I’m ready to take bath and lay down it’s midnight so I get to the room it’s had stuff on the wall but not as bad but I was tired so I just took it the housekeeping needs to be fired for 80$ a night I would like to get a clean room with clean towels cause yes some of them was stained cause what if I didn’t bring my own towels but yea over all I was not satisfied I went from room 213 ,to 224, to 143 so I might not be back cause that was not ok very unsatisfied the only thing that was great was the guy at the front desk cause bless his heart he did what he could do to help me and was nice about it

The Indian fellow who checked me in could have been more friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy, with all the amenities necessary. There is a train track nearby, so get ready for the train horn at random times during the night. But compared to others, this is definitely a great hotel.

They give you 1 towel each size, 1 pillow and won't change your towels or sheets for 3 days. We asked for an extra pillow because these beds are beyond uncomfortable and they said no. This wasn't like that last year when we stayed. Will never come here again

I stay there often compared to all other hotels at the same price point, they are definitely the best in Bossier. I felt safe and the rooms are clean. Greatest customer service!
