The hotel is clean. Sleeping is a nightmare. The walls and floors are paper thin. I heard the conversations and TV through the walls, and I could hear the children running a marathon above us. We were at the mercy of the last room asleep and the first room awake. The air conditioner was an old box AC unit that made a ton of noise and rattled, so no sleep was had. The icing on the cake was the construction that started at 6:30 a.m., next to the hotel. Never again!

Excellent customer service! Rooms were clean just dated. TV could be viewed from living area but difficult from beds. Carpet stained, bathroom had unpleasant smell. Very limited amenities. No coffee bar available, no free bkfst here. There was a bar/ restaurant on site however we didn't try it. Were planning to stay two nights and decided to move to a more modern hotel in the Hilton chain.

Booked my room 24 hours in advance. Go to check in and they stick me in a handicap accessibility room. Not a real romantic evening between my wife and I. Asked if there were any other rooms available and was told no. I feel that should've been disclosed before issuing me key cards that it was a handicap room. I would've tried going somewhere more romantic.

The hotel looks really nice from the outside and the lobby looks very clean and modern. The room is quite comfortable with decent amenities. All the staff has been very polite and so accommodating.

This hotel was the best hotel EVER!!! Very clean and organized. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.
