Waited for over an hour for a grocery pick up. i had a dog at home who needed to be let out, so i had a bit of a time crunch. Call 1= it will be 20 min. wait 40 min. Call 2: oh, its just a few more min, we will be there. Wait 15 min. Physically walk back to the online grocery station and ask if i can just have my things and load them myself. Employee at grocery pickup= our employee just took those out for you *points to person that just walked pass. Return to car, person did not have my order and was not aware of what the other guy told me. Wait 10 more min. Call 4= me "I have a dog at home that needs to be let out and i need you to actually tell me how long this will be". Them "oh.....uh..... I really can't tell how long its going to be. Me "cancel the pickup for now, i will come back later, bye." look guys... i know you are short staffed. i know you have a new system going. i have 0 problems being accommodating and giving you ample time to do what you do. I get it. I would have totally understood if you told me how long it would be upfront. its no harm, no foul. That's just how it goes sometimes. I do have a problem with being outright lied too. Step up your game, or stop playing.

On several occasions I’ve gone to use the self checkout only to be rudely told that despite the green light indicating the stall being open, and the screen being on and the same as all of the other open ones I’ve ever seen, that it is in fact not open. Once it was a plastic bag draped over the hand scanner, another it was an upside down basket that apparently makes this super obvious and me an idiot for misreading the other, clearly obvious signs that it was open (green light on post, screen on..) If it’s broken, fine - but the poor attitude that I’m somehow supposed to know what these unique “signs” that it’s actually not open. Different employees but same demeanor. If you don’t like customers or the general public, go work in the stockroom. Also - train your employees how to use the built-in indicators that the corporation has collectively decided to use as opposed to whatever “sign” the person on staff for that day has decided to use to show that its ‘not open’.

Sat and waited for over an hour for grocery pickup while cars that came after me were waited on. Tried to call the store and no answer. The 800 number was no help as well. Not to mention that my grocery order was delayed to begin with. No management in store that would help. The poor employees that bring the groceries out are left to deal with customers. Did finally receive groceries 1 hour and 20 min. after check in. Absolutely ridiculous!!

1-1.5 hour wait for curbside pick up. No blame on the ONE kid working, he was doing a good job with a good attitude despite being yelled at a few times. But he seem to have ZERO and no communication from management. Horrible staffing and communication!

Observed 2 shoppers for pick up that were pushy and rude. I realize they have a job to do but be courteous to other shoppers. Items are difficult to locate now. Self check wouldn’t take my coupon even though it was in date and less than the amount of the item. The Walmart customer service person said that they weren’t allowed to correct the coupon issues. Sure not impressed with this store anymore!
