Martinet was amazing soooo helpful and also picked the BEST pair of sunglasses Can’t say enough about Tumi concourse A Atlanta airport!!! excellent service.

Broke my stink handle in the airport. Figured I would go buy a new bag and ship this in for service. Went to the Tumi store in ATL A terminal. The lady was on a very important call with someone on her cellphone when I went to the counter. She huffed and muted her friend. Explained what I wanted to do she gave me a dirty look, said you have to figure that out on your own, and went back to her call. I guess they don’t need my $900.

Went to A concourse and lady had no customer service skills as she did not want to be there slouched over the counter on her phone. Asked about engraver for my new bag, she said it's broke. Went to e concourse and gentleman was nice bit said I had to go to F as that was the only store that does the initials. Went to F, and VERY nice lady, greeted me before even walked in then informed me she sent the machine for service and apologized no other store told me that. She was the manager and I will only go back to this store and not the others.

Missed opportunity! I came in to purchase a duffel bag between my flights. Walked all the way from C concourse to E to find the Tumi store. Had a fantastic experience at the store In Baltimore airport - purchased several items - the store manager was excellent!! So I thought hey I’ll grab the bag that matches my backpack this time in ATL. NOPE! The gentleman in the store looked up and put his head back down and didn’t even greet me :/ then as I walked around looking for the duffle he still ignored me until I was heading out the store. You know there is nothing cheap in the store - the sale he missed was probably $500-1000 bucks. I’ll wait and spend my money with the young lady in Baltimore or online. Speaking of let me go give her a great review!!!

Went to buy a new backpack computer case for my husband. Knew the exact one we wanted as my son just recently bought one. The woman that worked there would not give us the time of day. Stayed on her phone the entire time and when we asked her a question, she was annoyed and rolled her eyes. We walked out and another customer looking at something there started laughing and walked out with us! This store needs a person working it that cares!!
