Oh how I miss Quiznos! We use to have them all over where I live, but no more. So when I saw this place in Five Points I had to check it out. I prefer Quiznos over Subway. I ordered the Tuna melt and it was good! I love how they toast the bread. I like the fountain drinks, especially, the sweet tea - freshly brewed. The staff was nice and very helpful!

I paid for two drinks and was indecisive about purchasing a milkshake. Upon me deciding amongst myself, the cashier overhead me and rang me up for the item anyway. I was curious how my bill reached past $10 for just two drinks. Then, I realized he had charged me for the shake already without consulting me or reading back my order to me to ensure the accuracy of the order. He reached in the freezer to grab a pre-made milkshake and that's when I realized he rang me up for the shake. I told him I didn't want the shake and requested a refund, but he denied my request on many accounts. He also was very rude and disruptive about providing my refund. I asked for the manager, but he wasn't of any assistance. Therefore, I complained on Quiznos customer feedback and called my bank to dispute the transaction. Overall, I was charged for an item I didn't receive and still haven't received my refund back. 0/10, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I ordered the special today turkey and bacon sandwich. They don't sell the carved turkey anymore. They only had the dry slices. The bacon was bacon bits. The sandwich had more vinegar and bread than anything else. I asked the manager at the register about the different kinds of turkey and bacon, and he got smart in a sarcastic way. I'll never go here for lunch again.

I first attended this place a few days ago, and let me tell you, it was incredible, especially since I have never eaten there before. The food was (and still is) delicious, and the service wasn't bad at all. Just excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants a quick bite on-the-go.
