Don't dine here! The quality and quantity of food and the service are terrible. I was promised a follow-up by management and never received a response. I also shared concerns with corporate. Again, I didn't receive a response. The pic shows what I was given as the main entree of a family meal. I was supposed to receive grilled chicken breast fillets to accompany two family sides. The portions provided would barely feed two people, yet alone, four people as advertised. This is totally unacceptable.

Variety of options in unlimited salads with great offers. Convenient place around the airport area. Good thing about this restaurant which is stands out too from others that even there is low staffing issues, their service doesn't affect. Yes, it affects the waiting period but they do their best to give the best service, schedule servers accordingly, and welcome every customer. We should absolutely applaud for this. Please try their dessert too.

The worst Ribeye I had in my life. I had eaten at other Ruby Tuesday locations and I've always enjoyed their food and atmosphere. But these was a horrible experience. This place is as run down as it could be. We both ordered a Ribeye; I surely was not expecting prime beef from a 30$ steak, but what we got was a 12oz of tough, full of nerve piece of meat. The premium side of mushroom was burnt and dried. I'll let the pictures talk. Decided to have a dessert to calm the disappointment of the steak, it was served with one time use, plastic spoons. Why? This place should not carry the Ruby Tuesday brand.

I ordered here to go and Noone is answering the phone. As the grilled zucchini was cooked with other foods it's smells of meat and it has burn spots from the pot or other foods onto the veggies 😖 is very unacceptable. Also there is a piece of something in the middle of the mushy overcooked zucchini. It's giving Very much flat and mushy texture. Like I am disappointed as I spent my money here and Drove all the way from Atlanta for Noone to answer the calls at the Store, Noone to assist Me. I understand it's superbowl and things get busy but you guys should retire these h/a cooks. I could have been better off making myself sum hotdogs and potato chips for all this. I am not happy at all with my order and I am in need of Reconciliation. I'll be back i will save this whole plate to bring TOMORROW FOR A FULL REFUND. YOU GUYS DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FEEDING ME ANYMORE!!!!! 02/11/2024 UPDATE: Just spoke to someone the same someone who had me on hold 20mins for a manager that I never spoke to. I expressed to him my dissatisfaction and he asks if I could bring it back today? I told him No , I'm enjoying the game as everyone else is. I have photos and I won't touch this food because I will be bringing it back tomorrow for a full refund. unacceptable unprofessional is the meaning of Ruby Tuesday. 7:10pm it's 2024 and the simple things we struggle to get right!!!!

We had an amazing visit with our family. Burnt ends, cheese burger, sirloin all delicious! Our waitress Quiesh was attentive and drinks and chips were always full. She was patient with how long it took us to decide on our meals and helped by making suggestions. Nicely stocked salad bar with great quality. Bathrooms were nice and clean as well. Extreme compliments to the entire team!
