As a restaurant GM, I understand what it’s like to have people leave terrible reviews just to be nasty. I know what this does for the restaurants overall average, and how it appears to corporate. If you are one of those people who actually checks out a restaurant’s reviews before visiting, I would advise you to still visit and form your own opinion about this location! I enjoyed everything about my visit. No complaints. Yes, you may have to wait a little while, whether it be to be seated, receive drinks, or even your food! Guess what? Most of us are short staffed and overworked. Be nice to those who did show up for work, relax, and enjoy yourself! 🫶🏽 You’re doing great Nick and team! Don’t be discouraged by a few unhappy campers.

Hands down worst steak I’ve ever had. Didn’t even try to pretend it was cooked on a grill. Obviously cooked in water and then a griddle. Super tough and over cooked. Mushrooms had no flavor. Crab dip and salad was really good. To go server was great.

The location seems outdated. The Pot Roast was lacking flavor and swimming in the ajus, which was not good. The toast was burnt. The plate was not appealing at all. The portion size on the fish and chips for an adult portion did not match. Spoke with QUINCY THE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY UNDERSTANING AND ACCEPTIVE of all of my concerns. We had placed some to go orders prior to the Dine in order. QUINCY made sure that these orders were correct . Thank you Quincy.

Definately a disappointment. The building is run down. Bottom of shoes sticking to the dirty sticky floor. Carpet beyond filthy. People in next both over from us asked if service came out yet. Very small portions. Not much better than fast food with triple the prices.

I visited this location and ordered literally everything I thought I wanted to eat because my city’s location was shut down. 🥺 I was not disappointed at all. I made a small comment about the drink I ordered, the bartender heard this and took it upon herself to correct it. I enjoyed myself and left with a happy tummy. Oh! And that GM (Nick) is everything! Hold onto him!! Make sure you are taking care of this man before I steal him for my company. He is Area Director/District Manager material for sure!!! Keep doing what you’re doing, guys. 🩷
