Sonic crinkle fries are not good. I went to the one in Marshall and the one in Hallsville those fries iare very greasy and cold. Every time you bite into those fries it like grease just rushes out. This has happen 3 times in a row. What happen to the old fries. Please go back to the old fries. I Like sonic. The tater tots are good.

Let's be honest. This is a drive-in restaurant with curbside service. Expectations are pretty low. The order was correct. The service was prompt. The food was cooked right. The staff was friendly. All that is worthy of 5 stars.

Just got home from getting sonic and wow can I say that was an experience. My friends and I, had two sonic order aheads. 1st order of drinks came out with the 2nd orders food. And vise versa with the 2nd order. Not a big deal, but while handing the 1st orders drink to me Vanessa dropped it in my lap, stood there didn’t say anything. Not I’m sorry, nothing. I had to ask to get napkins, and when I asked for a new drink she said NO. Very unprofessional. I said that was b.s. and asked for a manager. Manager didn’t apologize either or really care, as she couldn’t even remember what my drink was after me telling her 3 times over. Overall decent food horrible service.

The new groovy fries are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Sonic has made a wise decision to offer these redeeming fries. Keep up the good work.

Read reviews of location getting orders wrong so I ordered through the app. Paid for a double burger with no pickles and no ketchup. Received a cold single burger with pickles and ketchup. Either they didn't bother to read my order or they didn't care and gave me something already made. This location has given up so I think I will too.
