The majority of negative reviews here are obviously written by people who have an axe to grind because it's likely they were not allowed to rent or asked to leave for non-payment of rent or they were causing trouble. One silly review stated "cameras with no audio" when in fact it's illegal to record voices of people in NH without their knowledge or permission. In America, no one forces you to live anyplace unless you are in jail and if you don't like where your living, why not use the energy spent bellyaching to find someplace you do and you'll be happier as well as the people around you.

Its NOT a hotel. It's a rooming house infested with cockroaches. Although, I personally have never had an issue with bedbugs even though there has been claims about them being there as well. Also, I have seen blood splatter on some of the bathroom walls and doors which means the building still has a serious problem with heroin. DON'T LIVE HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO! MANCHESTER HAS BETTER ROOMING HOUSES THAN HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Run by a bunch of scum bags, rent was paid and up to date and i get a knock on my door saying “Ownership wants you to leave “ literally had no notice and was thrown out on the street in the middle of October when it’s starting to get really cold.. then when i went to collect my belongings alot of my things were missing.. literally wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever

I lived here for four months there were heroine deals in the stairwells some lady who was constantly begging for change and cigarettes a guy who changes the trash I seen him eat out of it. There are bed bugs and really weird and crazy people there and conditions are horrible
