Every year we come for vacation, excited to come to the popcorn shop, it’s always been a great experience. But today we experienced an unfortunate situation involving a family member of mine and one of their employees. A younger female employee decided to make an uncalled for disrespectful comment about “shutting up and telling us to leave”. As this was said after we left and another customer overheard. We found it very impolite and unprofessional as this has never happened in all the years we’ve came. Hearing this from another customer outside the shop that the female employee had said such things. Amazing popcorn but unbelievably rude service.

We love Minoqua Popcorn!! We live about 2 hours away and will make a special trip to Minoqua just for this popcorn. We cannot find anything comparable. The popcorn and puffs and great and the customer service is always wonderful.

From the moment my mother and I walked into Minocqua Popcorn, we were greeting by an enthusiastic and welcoming staff. We were treated with samples of their latest popcorn creations and purchased two bags of the “white chocolate pretzel”, one for us and a tin for a friend. It was just as yummy as the sample I tasted and have been enjoying it for days. A great place for the popcorn lover while also having other great treats too!

Attentive staff, very friendly. The prices seemed a little high but they use high quality products to make their popcorn including real vanilla. Very cute store.
