I booked a trip from DTW metro airport to home, they instantly charged my card, gave us wrong info, so we can cancelled it immediately, and they were supposed to return the money (less cancellation fee) in a couple of days. They never bothered to return the money even after many phone calls for weeks. Be extra careful about this company. It is a total harassment and they practically stole about 350 dollars.

I’m irritated that I had to give them one star. They get one star because it would let me post a review with no stars. Worst company ever! Our flight got cancelled and I called to reschedule our pick-up and they never showed to pick us up on our return date. Instead of picking us up on Monday like I requested, they said we were scheduled for a pick up from the airport on Tuesday. They had our flight information. I was told I would get a refund although they said they were not obligated to do so. It has been 3 weeks and multiple phone calls and we have yet to receive our refund. They also said they’re charging us a cancellation fee when THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP! Their customer service is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. The most unprofessional company ever!! You can’t even understand the “customer service representative” and no one returns a phone call. I was told that I needed to deal with the billing department during the hours of 10-4. They never answered the phone and didn’t return my call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Do yourself a favor and get a real metro car. This was last February. Nice that it took you over a year to respond. You are a horrible pathetic colony

Pick up from DTW to a city in metro Detroit was awesome and timely. Pick up from a city in Metro Detroit to DTW was not as good. We had scheduled a 9am pick up and the driver did not arrive until 9:22am without notification of late arrival.

Don’t give them your credit card! They stole mine and stupidly made it easy to prove their employees were using it!

I had a car service pick me up from the airport. This was my first time using them and I don't know why I ever used other companies. The driver was just so professional, sweet, and just A+ all around. Yes- this is slightly more than some other services and they charge a premium for not arranging your pick up more than a day in an advance- but it is worth the money. I recommend them highly!!
