Overall a very great hotel! We ( a group of 6 adults) stayed in the New England Suite. It was a king bed, 2 double beds, and a sectional couch. 2 full bathrooms and kitchen with a full size fridge. Room was cleaned fairly well, could’ve been better, very spacious. Outlets were old and plugs wouldn’t stay in several of them. Only 1 working ice machine and the pool area needs touched up with paint. Lots of space to hang out late night and chat. Good and hot breakfast with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The front desk staff were helpful when we had to leave early and they were good with restaurant recommendations. The room left much to be desired. When we arrived, the heater was on and we had to have someone reset the airconditioner. It was loud all night long. One of the sets of sheets had gum on it. There were two sets of towels, but no towel racks. The coffee maker did not work. Only one ice machine was working. The pool was cool and refreshing, but it needed a painting and black mold was evident near it. The hot tub was not working. There apparently is a bar and Cafe. There was a card to scan menus. None were posted. No meals were planned for the night we were there. I asked to speak to a manager. Nobody called back. We will avoid this place when we visit Ann Arbor.

Plenty of parking, staff friendly. The pool and hot tub area felt like they could be painted and freshened up. Felt dirty. Pool was cool and while there they were adding cold water to it to fill it up. There is a large atrium area which would be wonderful if traveling with a group of people. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold food with plenty of seating. Area felt safe and close to places to eat. Room with good.

The hotel is in need of maintenance. The room we stayed in had a large dent in the wall that had not been fixed and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There are traces of beautiful flower gardens inside and out, but they are in need of some TLC. The hot tub water had a bit of a greenish tent to it. One bathroom in the lobby area was out of order and the remaining one had a sign on the door to knock before entering because the lock would not work, which was embarrassing for the poor lady who didn't heed the note on the door and walked in on me. Staff was friendly when checking in/out and when requesting extra towels. I have nothing negative to say about the staff.

The room was spacious and clean! My rating is based upon the fact that the room was extremely warm and humid. The air was not on when we arrived and well into the night it still hadn't cooled down. If not for that, it would've been a great experience. Wasn't bad but there were some opportunities. Friendly staff and all the amenities!! But PLEASE leave that air on in the suites in these warmer months. And there's not much around the hotel so get what you need before you arrive!
