The lobby looks really nice, clean, and neat. And the front desk personnel is very nice and friendly. The breakfast Covid-19 adapted was also good. Biscuit sandwiches, cereal, breakfast bars, milk, juice, oatmeal, coffee, and teas were available. However, the bedroom was gross. Very dirty carpet and furniture. Bathroom floor was sticky and bathtub was dirty. And even though it was a non-smoking room there was a strong smell of smoke. Our family will not be coming back to any Ramada locations in the future.

Our room was decently sized and easily accesible on the first floor but the room was very run down and dirty. Carpets were dirty and stained, blood stains and more on the sheets, musty smokey smell in the room and towels in the bathroom smelled like an ashtray (non smoking room). A piece of the ceiling was flaking off and pieces of paint falling onto the bed. Dirty shower with a lot of someone elses hair all over it. The pool and middle section of the hotel looked nice and there was ample parking available but how this hotel has 4 stars is beyond me.

I just had to come and leave a review. We drove way from Houston during hurricane Laura looking from rooms. When we got to the ramada, the lobby was so pack, but the lady that was in there was a champ. If not mistaken her name was Keyiani . She was working the hell out of that lobby BY HERSELF.She had folks getting keys 2 customers at a time. I was so impressed and relieved. Ill be sure to make this our first stop when we visit again

Had a suite --- best room we ever had at this Ramada Inn in New Iberia, La. We have stayed there many times before-- 1st for this type room.

Great staff & location. Working at a new local Ross store for a week & couldn't be happier with the accommodations. Relaxing & laid back atmosphere. Good breakfast served daily without fail. Eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy among other items like fruit, yogurt, coffee & juices. They even offered a to go container if you didn't have the time to sit down. Lots of restaurants within walking distance like Ruby Tuesday's & Chili's. Thanks for everything!
