Brian was magnificent, he was very accommodating and patient with me during the check in process. He was very well versed in the times of Bistro and recommended certain items we may enjoy. I only gave 4 stars overall because the breakfast was not complimentary. The Bistro staff was very friendly I wish I knew her name but she explained the process and having complimentary breakfast being added during your booking. They brought fresh hot food out to us and refilled my coffee. I left on cloud 9! The view of the field was nice, the TV had great channels, I honestly took the longest shower because the water stayed hot! And the bed was so comfortable that it didn't take long to fall asleep. I left refreshed and the Quiet Time hours helped make my stay enjoyable. In the morning the lady at the desk, asked if we needed anything or any help and she also helped explain the breakfast option to me. Everyone was very professional, dressed super nice and was extremely helpful.

The room that we stayed in was subpar. The couch had several stains, the refrigerator had dents on the fascia panel and the lamps were in need of replacement. Additionally we were told that the indoor pool was by reservation only so we could not occupy it until 10PM. That information would have been appreciated if it was on their website. Defiant will not return.

Pretty great experience overall. Can't complain. Went to see an Ironbirds game and I walked back to the hotel when it was over. Had an awesome view of the youth field although no one was playing on it. Only thing I'd knock it down for was there was no shampoo or body wash in the shower.

Awesome location by the baseball stadium where the IronBirds play. Clean rooms and a great view of the park. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Also nice bistro in the lobby.

Tiffany Hayes and Brandon Robinson, by far, some of the most helpful staff members to accommodate me regarding my stay , respectful, courteous and well mannered. Remembered me and my team from previous weekends at hotel. Service great as usual. Thank you Brandon and Tiffany.
