Ordered 2 pizza's on the way. Get there and 1 is totally missing . Now I have to wait for it to be completely made. So much for ordering ahead. Most employees wearing face masks improperly, looking at their phones, and generally chit chatting instead of doing a simple job. Sorry. Love the pizza, but this service not so much today!

I placed an order 4 hours in advance for 6:30 delivery. Confirmed two hours in advance with the manager. Delivery time came, no pizza. I called at 6:40 and was told 10 minutes. At 7 I called again and was told 25 more minutes. Totally unacceptable. I will never order from here again.

Ordered 2 pizzas. They delivered 1. Called and said hey your delivery guy only gave us 1 pizza. Oh yeah he forgot the other one, I’ll send him back when he comes back to the store. That’s fine and all but can i get some kind of discount or free 2ltr or something. No, you get your order. Ya I’m getting my order but there is going to be half hour difference in between pizzas. You get your order that’s it. Unbelievable. Nothing but attitude. Never prepaying again. When they brought the second pizza the seal was busted so someone opened the pizza. God only knows what they did so we threw it out.

Excellent service and food. Our delivery guy was awesome! He has a folding chair he'd set the pizza on and wait for is to come to the door for contactless delivery. Awesome, Papa Johns!

I called today at 10:37pm I offered to carry out but they said their carryout was close and they only doing deliveries so I gave them my address at 10:50 p.m. I was outside waiting for the food I never came. It's 11:30pm no one even called me I was surprised because the gentleman taking my order took down my phone number, is this how you do business???
