I have been staying at this property annually for 15 years. The reason I continue to return is that it has local people that care about your stay. You have multiple dining choices and a huge fresh water pool on property. If you have a problem with your accommodation, they are all over it and it will be reticified ASAP. If you are looking for the Ritz-Carlton that's not here, just a down home atmosphere that you will enjoy, highly recommend.

terrible attention. I received unpleasant treatment from the host (Native American). I made my reservation with Expedia and we were 2 adults, 1 pet that was already in the reservation (when I arrived they told me that they did not receive pets and clearly they have a pet dog there . I clearly felt the feeling of being rejected for being Latina . I went out and canceled my reservation . very bad attention.

I stayed here with a friend for a weekend soccer tournament and the room was just okay, good enough for a quick stay. The lobby area was clean and well kept and checking is was quick and painless. The pool area was well kept, clean and easily accessible from any area at the resort. We did not get to eat at the indoor restaurant, but did take a quick bite at the outdoor bar/grill and watched a football game. The atmosphere was upbeat and the servers were very friendly and quickly took our orders and touched the table a few times.
