This was a terrible experience and I am so unhappy with the food. It was so bad. Don’t order from this store, you will be very disappointed as well. The last time I order from this store was terrible and they didn’t even have what I ordered. I thought that it must be an off night. Tonight, 5 months later, even worse. The salad was actually rotten and the pizza was cold and looked like someone’s 3 year old made it. I’m will never order from this place again! It took 2 hours to get the food. Also, when I called, no one would answer the phone. There is no way to cancel the order.

I was taking a box of ShamWows and a couple quarts of Boonsfarm over to Asscrack Charlie's cause he's been kinda in the dumps since littlepick his pet porcupine got taken away by the fish and wildlife service. And, I'll tell you one thing I know for sure...nothing goes better with a half gallon of Boonsfarm than a Hawaiian pizza from Domino's Pizza, and those ShamWows, well they're to clean up the mess. 5 Stars for Domino's Pizza, the salad was pretty good too. ☆☆☆☆☆

Tonight I received the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I went to pick up an order my wife placed and when i arrived back to the airbnb we saw the cheese pizza was burnt to a crisp and cold. Naturally, i went back to ask for another one, in addition to taking back the one i received. I was treated like a liar and someone trying to get a free pizza. The order was placed by her at 8:15, ready at 8:35, picked up at 8:45, I went back at almost 9 and at 9:15 they were stating I waited an 1 hr to go back. They were reluctant in giving me another pizza. Instead of addressing my concerns the manager left to the back while the one white male, with tattoos on his arm asked me to leave the store aggressively, after I asked for his and his manager’s name. I saw this man maybe 10 mins ago at that time and he was telling his manager that was a female that I was there an hour ago! They both refused to give me their names. Now I asked corporate to check the cameras! I will be calling and emailing as well tomorrow.

Average at best. I grew up in Michigan where Domino’s started and is headquartered, and even though all locations are supposed to use the same ingredients, the Napa Domino’s pizza does not taste as good for some reason. -8 piece chicken had several pieces that were extremely small - cheese was missing from a couple pieces of the pizza - pizza had very little sauce - toppings are far from generous - received the incorrect sauces (despite paying extra for additional sauce). I’ve tried Napa Domino’s a few times, and they are consistently lacking quality. I rank Little Caesars higher when it comes to “fast food” type of pizza places.

This store absolutely sucks. Their customer service is the absolute worst. Came in to order pizza and no one came to counter to help me. I tried to order on the phone and they wanted 38 dollars for two medium two topping pizzas. So I went in and finally got some service only to be told that the deal was only available online and they wouldnt help me even though I was having trouble with their online system. I will never again order from this place. Customer service is key and Ive been a manager at this and two other pizza places in my life and the lack of helpfulness of the staff and the automated phone service they have now for ordering is enough to turn me off of pizza all around at this point. If I could give negative Stars I would.
