Not enough protection from weather. Not enough benches to sit on. Wide open and with lots of things around including a store to grab snacks, dinner, groceries or a hot meal. The eco pass readers are almost always broken. They're currently working so that's a win.

This is your basic train station, a couple bus routes but mostly this is a station to transfer from one train line to another. Yes, sure there are drug users around. Yes they are going to be around more after dark. In my experience, if you don't use and don't like needlessly insult or demean anybody, then you very probably won't be harmed/robbed/swindled/etc. Bus drivers driving the alameda route as of 10/23-1/24 are always fantastic, efficiently running their routes but able to deal well with the human factors that come up.

Unreliable. Inaccurate information on when trains will arrive. Trains are dangerous with driving paying more attention to their phone than mirrors. They whole system should be shut down and funding should be redistributed

Station is a little shady, but it didn’t cause me any problems. Train service is pretty frequent, and if needing to transfer, it’s simple to say the least. There is seating, and the whole area is pretty well maintained. Parking is also available close by.

This is a good station but it definitely needs more shade and more rain protection.
