First off, the hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1980s, which makes it not only look outdated, but the repairs made were less than good. Sketchy repairs to bathroom stall doors, luggage carts, door handles, and much more. No public working ice machines on any floor, had to ask front desk staff. Pool was closed- looked like it had been for a while. Workout room was sketchy at best. Every night when we arrived back at the hotel, there were large rats running through the bushes around the building. On the first morning we stayed, the fire alarm went off at 7am for unknown reason. There was no instruction or reassurance from any of the staff. With all that being said, our room was clean, didnt smell, and everything worked correctly. Breakfast was better than expected, A/C worked well, and large newer TV was nice.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived. After waiting for an hour, our first room was smoky. Staff was kind to give us a new room, but not enough towels. Hotel continually couldn't keep us with laundering the towels... we never could receive enough towels despite several requests. Our room was never serviced the 10 hours we were out for the day. Paint, walls, floors all chipped and desperately needing better maintenance. Pool unavailable... Looked like it had been for a long time, while we were told it would be a quick fix. I requested a conversation with the manager and was hung up on. A second request provided a promise of her call that never came. Website promises a restaurant that doesn't exist. Just save yourself a lot of headache and stay somewhere else.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Rooms need to be updated BADLY! Our toilet was clogged the entire 8 days, and so was the tub after a 15 minute shower and that's gross. We prepaid, otherwise I would have went to another property. 3 days they didn't put towels in our room. The bar/lounge/restaurant is closed for renovation. The grounds are filthy!!! The staff is VERY friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping! I like the room cold, and it was definitely cold. Loved that! Needless to say, I would never stay here AGAIN!!!!

I stayed there 2 days and it felt like a week long nightmare, I didn’t have any towels and was told they were in the dryer and would be brought up to my room, I never got them, shower broken couldn’t shower for 2 days, tub to stained and filthy to take a bath, I seen brown water coming out the nozzle. Toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush properly. This hotel should be shutdown and renovated, it’s old and rundown I was told by a staff member they don’t have housekeeping anymore! The beverage vending machines on all floors don’t work neither does any of the ice machines. If you need a quick place to sleep and not eat or shower it’s worth the $49.. Renovation is highly recommended for this hotel, the location is great, but I won’t be returning there ever again after my past experience!

I thought I was getting a good deal at $50/night at this hotel. It turned out to cost much more than just the room. Yes, the rates were cheap, but the hotel itself is sketchy and scary. Rooms didn't have a fridge or cooler or any sort of kitchen, the elevators were so broken that my husband and I were stuck in them twice for at least 10 minutes each time. We ended up having to use the stairs instead because the elevators were unreliable. Not only this, but someone attempted to steal my vehicle which was on the hotel lot. My door, ignition, and multiple pieces inside my truck were completely busted as well as items stolen. The hotel decided they were not responsible for any damage and refused to help with an investigation to find out who broke into my truck. Basically told us 'Sorry, you're SOL.' 0/10 Do not recommend. Will never be staying here again.
