Tried to call a week in advance and was told to call the day before. Called the day before and was told to call the morning of. We were ready about 15 min earlier than I had told them we would be and waited an hour and a half in a parking lot with 2 kids and 3 animals, almost missing our flight. Happy to say I'll never do business with them again. The driver also waved down some guy without telling us there would be a charge for his services as well. Literally a 0 star experience

The worst drivers in Alaska. At least they are bright and ugly so you can see them coming. Just watched cab 103 license plate KJF220 make a left hand turn downtown with no blinker across a pedestrian walkway where the pedestrians had the right of way. Almost hit me and another man crossing from the other side. Driver of this vehicle is not worthy of having a drivers license, let alone driving others. Absolute clown operation. Update: yellow cab 156 has no break lights and running stop signs at 7th and barrow. I’m going to continue to update this review with every dumb thing I see from a yellow cab.

Had no problems with the 3 drivers we had. But dealing with female dispatcher was totally diffrent story. She was rude constantly over talking me, Needed a van because size of luggage and number of passengers. Other driver told us to call dispatch to get a van. I said needed a van 4 times and had her repeat back to me street corner and van. Waited 25min before calling back getting same lady who said she had never gotten any phone calls for a van. At that point just waived down 2 cabs to get us hotel.

Most of the drivers were helpful n friendly. I had one bad ride. I wished I had gotten his number. I was so upset after that one ride. But I won't base the overall service on one bad egg. That's just life. I had plenty of other rides that were pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank u

They’re a scam. The fare was supposed to be $2.75 per mile yet I witnessed first hand the fare increase at stop lights. My driver also took the longer route to get to my destination which just wasted more money. 0/10 do not recommend.
